磨辊是小麦磨粉机的核心部件,其磨损失效是制粉工艺恶化的常见形式,磨辊材料、铸造技术及表面强化是提升磨辊耐磨性能的一般手段。本文综述了国内外关于磨辊材料及铸造强化技术的研究进展。研究表明,磨辊材料的发展实质为碳化物的转变过程;双金属复合铸造为制备性能优良磨辊的较佳途径;利用等离子和激光表面强化,可显著提升磨辊硬度及耐磨性,并具备较优的韧性及切削性。
The grinding roller is the core component of the wheat milling machine. The wear failure is the common form of milling deterioration. The grinding material, casting technology and surface strengthening are the common means to improve the abrasion resistance of the grinding roller. This article summarizes the research progress of roller materials and casting strengthening technology at home and abroad. The research shows that the development of the roller material is essentially the transformation process of the carbide. The bimetallic compound casting is a better way to prepare the excellent performance of the grinding roller. The use of plasma and laser surface strengthening can significantly improve the hardness and wear resistance of the roller. Have better toughness and machinability.
