近年来应用羟磷灰石作义眼座,显示了极大的优越性.自1994年初起,我们与中科院上海硅酸盐研究所合作研制羟磷灰石义眼座,经动物试验后,成功应用于临床,报告于下.一般资料 本组11例,男9例女2例,年龄7~58岁,平均35岁.4例为眼外伤后眼球萎缩,4例外伤后眼球摘除,当时未植入义眼座,而眼窝塌陷不能安入义眼.重度眼球穿孔伤修补术后、绝对期青光眼和重度眼内炎各1例.所用羟磷灰石义眼座,为白色球形,似珊瑚状多孔结构(孔径400~500μm),重量1.2~2g,义眼座体直径14~20mm.
