目的:利用有机溶剂制备草木樨提取物,比较不同提取物中香豆素含量的差异,探索提取物的抑菌作用。方法:采用热回流装置制备提取物,反相高效液相色谱法测定提取物中香豆素的含量,微量肉汤稀释法测定抗菌药物最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:利用乙醚提取香豆素得率高,提取物均具有抑制金黄色葡萄球菌的作用。结论:利用有机溶剂热回流制备草木樨提取物的方法可行,其提取物具有开发成抗菌药物的潜能。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare extracts from S. sinica using organic solvents and compare the differences in the content of coumarins in different extracts to explore the antibacterial effects of the extracts. Methods: The extracts were prepared by a hot reflux device. The content of coumarin in the extracts was determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the antibiotics was determined by microbroth dilution method. Results: The yield of coumarin extracted by ether was high, and the extracts all had the effect of inhibiting Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion: The method of preparing the extract of S. sinica by thermal reflux with organic solvent is feasible. The extract has the potential to develop into an antibacterial drug.
