“让每位教师都成为研究型教师”这是对教育研究工作提出的新要求,也是教育事业发展的希望所在。然而,如何引导教师搞教研,特别是在当前新课改实施后,广大基层教育工作者的教研工作如何开展,这是摆在教研员面前的一大课题。在与饶阳县教研室主任吴晓星几个月的交流和接触中,我们似乎已找到了答案。吴晓星从事教研工作虽然有20年了,但对于千千万万的教育工作者来说,他只是沧海一粟而已。然而就在这浪花一闪间,我们看到的恰恰是他20年来对教改不断求索、勇于创新的无畏精神,是对教研工作不断开拓、扎实推进的艰辛付出,是对基层教育工作者春风化雨、润物无声的默默奉献。在今天教育改革风起云涌之时,我们渴望有更多的教育工作者能够沉下心来谋思路,脚踏实地求发展。教育是千千万万人为之奋斗的事业,我们的每一分付出与努力都是一朵闪光的浪花,都会为她增添一抹绚丽的光彩。
