目的探讨低温、低氧条件对正常家兔与心肌缺血家兔内皮素(ET)和血液流变学的影响。方法将家兔置于低温[(-10±2)℃]和低氧(混合气体中91.5%为氮,8.5%为氧)的冰柜中30min,然后测定血浆中ET和血液流变学的变化。结果低温低氧刺激组ET高于非低温低氧刺激组;心肌缺血组ET高于非低温低氧刺激组,也高于非心肌缺血组。同时,在低温低氧刺激下,正常家兔血液流变学发生异常改变,心肌缺血家兔在低温低氧异常基础上出现加重的趋势。结论低温低氧可使ET升高、血液流变学异常。提示:对于心肌缺血的患者,在低温低氧的环境中应加强保护。
Objective To investigate the effects of hypothermia and hypoxia on endothelin (ET) and hemorheology in normal rabbits and myocardial ischemia rabbits. Methods Rabbits were placed in freezer at low temperature (-10 ± 2) ℃ and hypoxia (91.5% nitrogen and 8.5% oxygen in the mixed gas) for 30 minutes, and then the changes of plasma ET and hemorrheology . Results ET in hypothermia hypoxia group was higher than that in non-hypothermia hypoxia group; ET in myocardial ischemia group was higher than that in non-hypothermia hypoxia group and higher than that in non-hypoxic group. At the same time, under the condition of hypoxia and hypoxia stimulation, abnormal changes of hemorheology in normal rabbits and aggravation of hypoxic hypoxia in rabbits with myocardial ischemia. Conclusion Hypothermia and hypoxia can increase ET and hemorheology abnormalities. Tip: In patients with myocardial ischemia, hypoxia should be strengthened in the hypoxic environment protection.
