企业技术创新是企业与外部环境相互作用的社会过程，其创新发展是建立在企业家广泛和有效的社会联系网络基础上的。本文对企业家技术创新社会联系网络的特征进行了研究，并依据我国企业家的调查统计数据分析了这一网络的功能。
Enterprise technological innovation is a social process in which enterprises interact with the external environment. Its innovation and development are based on a wide and effective network of social contacts of entrepreneurs. This paper studies the characteristics of entrepreneurial technological innovation social network and analyzes the function of this network based on the survey data of entrepreneurs in our country.
