Is it approved by the Central Government after its establishment? I think the answer should be affirmative. Historical documents and many old comrades like Ye Fei and Zeng Zhi who were active in Fuzhou in the past affirmed this point. Based on the available information, this essay provides a brief overview and verification of the situation before and after the establishment of the Fujian Provincial Temporary Provincial Party Committee in order to educate comrades who have some understanding of this issue.
