Intersectin是一种进化上高度保守的多功能衔接蛋白/支架蛋白,具有多个功能结构域。这些结构域能够与胞吞和胞吐相关蛋白,如介导突触囊泡循环的网格蛋白、与细胞质膜微囊内吞相关的蛋白、与调控肾离子运输相关的无赖氨酸激酶以及介导胞吐过程的Cdc42等发生作用。近年来,人们对intersectin在唐氏综合症(Down syndrome,DS)、阿尔茨海默病(Al-zheimer disease,AD)等众多神经退行性疾病以及内分泌组织肿瘤中的作用进行了广泛研究。本文综述了intersectin结构特征、在胞吞和胞吐中的功能及其与相关疾病方面的研究进展。
Intersectin is a evolutionarily conserved multifunctional adapter protein / scaffold protein with multiple functional domains. These domains are capable of interacting with endocytosis and exocytosis proteins such as clathrin-mediated clathrin, proteins associated with cytoplasmic membrane microencapsulation, lysine-free kinase associated with transport of renal ions, Cdc42 and other processes lead to the role of excretion. In recent years, extensive studies have been conducted on the role of intersectin in many neurodegenerative diseases such as Down syndrome (DS), Alzheimer disease (AD), and endocrine tumors. This review summarizes the structural features of intersectin, its function in endocytosis and exocytosis, and its research progress in the related diseases.
