在过去五年间金属箔包装曾向两个方面发展:一是降低包装材料的成本和加工费用,二是增加金属箔制品的规格及品种。装备高速包装流水线、降低材料的厚度和金属箔卷材宽度,这是多年来一直沿用的降低成本的方法。然而目前的经济形势就更加促使人们这样做。降低金属箔厚度正通过发展高强度铝合金和增加金属的拉伸强度来实现。铝合金有较高的强度,增加金属拉伸强度能使金属箔用户降低用料厚度,两者都不会造成不良影响。对包装厂讲,降低金属箔厚度也是可行的。金属箔再经表面处理增加了光洁度,机器转速会更高。降低金属箔厚度这一潮流已冲击到常用金属箔及其层压物。譬如说,包装香烟的金属箔层压纸过去一般是九微米,现在使用的厚度是七微米,每平方米21克或23克重。机器的转速也提高了,每分钟包装20支装香烟的盒数
In the past five years, metal foil packaging has been developed in two ways: First, reduce the cost of packaging materials and processing costs, the second is to increase the specifications and varieties of metal foil products.
