本文回顾了1977～1991年期间21例经组织学证实的小细胞肺癌患者,大都经历了外科手术治疗。手术前诊断小细胞肺癌13例,非小细胞癌1例,不确定的7例,临床分期Ⅰ期11例,Ⅱ期10例,全肺切除12例,肺叶切除8例,楔形切除1例。手术后经组织学检查证实小细胞肺癌19例,混合性小细胞癌和非小细胞癌2例,病理分期Ⅰ期11例,Ⅱ期3例,Ⅲ期7例,最终病理诊断即切除后的标本诊断(n=18),非典型类癌瘤1
This article reviews 21 patients with small cell lung cancer confirmed by histology from 1977 to 1991, most of whom underwent surgical treatment. Before operation, there were 13 cases of small cell lung cancer, 1 case of non-small cell carcinoma, 7 cases of indeterminate, 11 cases of clinical stage I, 10 cases of II, 12 cases of pneumonectomy, 8 cases of lobectomy, and 1 case of wedge resection. After operation, 19 cases of small cell lung cancer, 2 cases of mixed small cell carcinoma and 2 cases of non-small cell carcinoma were confirmed by histological examination. The pathological stage was 11 cases in stage I, 3 cases in stage II, and 7 cases in stage III. The final pathological diagnosis was after removal. Specimen diagnosis (n=18), atypical carcinoid tumor 1
