一、前言传统的中小型线材轧机,由于采用开口或闭口机架,传力路线长,结构刚性不好,轧材质量不高。遵照伟大领袖毛主席“自力更生”、“我们必须打破常规,尽量采用先进技术”的教导,陕西重型机器厂着手设计和研制新型轧钢机。新机架的结构形式与传统的形式不同,尚无成熟的计算方法可循。因此,我们用光测和电测方法,对新型轧机机架模型进行应力测定。新轧机采用两辊交替悬挂式的结构。其主要参数如下: 轧辊直径ф300毫米(可在ф290~320毫米范围内变动)
