以新鲜果蔗为试材,经去皮处理,研究温度、保鲜材料、湿度对其贮藏保鲜品质的影响。结果显示,影响果蔗保质期的因素依次为温度、保鲜材料、湿度,最优组合为A3B2C1,即贮藏在温度为A3,湿度为B2,用保鲜膜C1包装果蔗的保水性强,可溶性固形物含量高,保藏效果好。
Fresh cane was used as test material and peeled to study the effect of temperature, fresh-keeping material and humidity on its storage and fresh-keeping quality. The results showed that the factors that affect the shelf life of sugarcane were temperature, fresh-keeping material and humidity, the optimal combination was A3B2C1, which was stored at temperature A3 and humidity B2. The water-holding capacity of sugarcane with plastic wrap C1 was strong. Soluble solids High content, good preservation effect.
