为提高煤炭资源采出率、减少巷道掘进量、缓解采掘接替紧张,轿子山矿决定采用切顶卸压沿空留巷无煤柱开采技术。通过理论和数值计算对爆破卸压的机理进行研究,揭示切顶卸压沿空留巷围岩活动规律,确定预裂爆破合适孔深为4 m。采用“超前爆破预裂顶板+单体锚索补强+液压支柱配合铰接顶梁+预筑混凝土砌块墙体”支护进行留巷。实践表明该技术在轿子山矿取得了重大成功,经济社会效益显著。
In order to improve the recovery ratio of coal resources, reduce the amount of roadway excavation and ease the tension of mining replacement succession, the Jiaozishan Mine decided to adopt the pillarless mining technology of gob-side entry retaining with top pressure relief. Through theoretical and numerical calculation, the mechanism of blasting pressure relief is studied, and the rule of surrounding rock movement along gob-side entry clearance is revealed, and the suitable hole depth of pre-cracking blasting is 4 m. Adopting “advance blasting pre-cracking roof + single anchor reinforcement + hydraulic prop with hinged roof beam + pre-built concrete block wall ” support for retaining lane. Practice shows that the technology has achieved great success in the Jiaozishan Mine with remarkable economic and social benefits.
