以碳酸钠为添加剂,对钒渣进行钠化焙烧试验研究,通过XRD半定量法检测产物中钒酸钠的质量含量,研究影响钒酸钠生成的因素,并通过SEM、TG等辅助方法对钒渣在碳酸钠存在下焙烧过程中的物相变化及相应温度进行研究。结果表明,钒渣在钠化焙烧过程中发生复杂的反应,主要包括橄榄石、尖晶石的氧化分解,以及钒酸盐、铬酸盐、硅酸盐、钛酸钠、铝酸钠、铁酸钠等的形成。产物中钒酸钠的质量分数随着V_2O_5、Na_2CO_3含量的增加而增加,在试验条件下,最优的反应温度是730℃,最优的反应时间是80 min,此时钒酸钠(Na4V2O7)在含钒物相中的含量可达98.09%,其它含钒物相主要是CrVO_3、CrVO_4以及FeVO_4。
Sodium carbonate was used as additive to carry out sodium roasting experiment on vanadium slag. The content of sodium vanadate in the product was determined by XRD semi-quantitative method. At this time, sodium vanadate (Na 4 V 2 O 7) The content of vanadium in the phase is up to 98.09%. The other vanadium-containing phases are mainly CrVO_3, CrVO_4 and FeVO_4.
