目的优化海洋来源真菌Cochliobolus lunatus(TA26-46)的发酵条件,以期提高抗污损活性大环内酯zeaenol的产量。方法运用单因素试验设计和正交试验设计,对该菌株产zeaenol的氮源、前体、盐度和培养基中不同离子等发酵条件进行优化。结果结果表明:最佳优化发酵条件为可溶性淀粉10g·L~(-1),氮源为硝酸钠5g·L~(-1),乙酸钠浓度为5g·L~(-1),盐度为1%。结论在最佳发酵条件下,zeaenol产量可达155.4mg·L~(-1),比优化前提高了5倍。
Objective To optimize the fermentation conditions of marine fungus Cochliobolus lunatus (TA26-46) in order to improve the yield of anti-fouling active macrolide zeaenol. Methods The single factor experiment design and orthogonal experimental design were used to optimize the fermentation conditions of the zeaenol producing nitrogen source, precursor, salinity and different ions in the medium. The results showed that the optimal fermentation conditions were soluble starch 10 g · L -1, nitrogen source 5 g · L -1, sodium acetate 5 g · L -1, salinity 1%. Conclusion Under the optimal fermentation conditions, the yield of zeaenol reached 155.4 mg · L -1, five times higher than that before optimization.
