目的观察黄芪提取物对免疫抑制小鼠学习记忆及免疫功能的影响。方法采用小鼠跳台法测定学习记忆功能 ;采用吞噬鸡红细胞法检测腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能 ;采用 3H_TdR掺入法测定外周血T淋巴细胞增殖反应 ;采用ELISA法测定血中IFN_γ含量。结果黄芪提取物 (25,50mg·kg-1,ig,21d)能改善CTX降低的小鼠学习记忆功能 ,同时能提高降低的单核细胞吞噬能力、T淋巴细胞增殖反应以及血中IFN_γ含量。结论黄芪提取物可改善小鼠学习记忆功能和具有免疫调节作用。
Objective To observe the effects of Astragalus extract on learning, memory and immune function in immunosuppressed mice. Methods The function of learning and memory was determined by the mouse step-down method. The phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages was detected by phagocytosis of chicken red blood cells. The proliferative response of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood was measured by 3H-TdR incorporation method. The content of IFN-γ in blood was determined by ELISA. Results Astragalus extract (25,50mg·kg-1, ig, 21d) could improve the learning and memory function of CTX-reduced mice, and at the same time, it could increase the decreased monocyte phagocytosis, T-lymphocyte proliferative response and blood IFN-γ content. Conclusion Astragalus extract can improve the learning and memory function of mice and has immunoregulatory effect.
