1病例报告 患者女,58岁,绝经8年。发现盆腔包块3月,于2001-4—24入院。3月前患者无意中发现盆腔包块,伴纳差、体重下降及体毛增加。B超:巨大囊实性肿物。CA125 283U/ml,T197ng/ml。查体:下腹部可见一巨大包块,腹水征(+),口周及脐耻间毛须重。盆腔检查:子宫正常大小,盆腔一平脐肿物,囊实性,不活动。三合诊:未及异常结节。经术前准备于4—28行剖腹探查术,术中见血性腹水1500ml,子宫正常大 A case report Female patient, 58 years old, menopause 8 years.
