例1男,74岁,高血压病史8年,无鼻窦炎等五官疾病,既往无曲克芦丁(维脑路通)用药史;8个月前因头晕在北京军区总医院治疗,除口服丹参片,硝苯地平等常规用药外,予以维脑路通注射液400mg加入5％葡萄糖注射液500ml中静滴,qd;治疗第4天,出现明显头部紧缩并沉重样疼痛,有戴帽样感觉,部位为头部的上半部,程度不重,持续1天,第5日改用灯盏花注射液治疗,第7天症状完全消失。
