老年学员学习古代文学课程,本身就存在一定难度,若采用单一式教学,教学效果势必大打折扣。因此在教学过程中,应注重采用多种互动方法,引起学员兴趣,激发他们自主参与课堂、参与创新的意识,从而实现课堂效率最大化。钻研教材,挖掘新意所谓情感互动,是教学过程中师生在感知、认识、理解等诸多方面产生共鸣。互动越成功,共鸣越强烈,效果也就越好。
