目的 探讨硫酸镁对妊高征孕鼠主要器官的影响。方法 选择Ⅱ级Wistar 大鼠,随机分为3 组。自妊娠第14 天,对照组孕鼠皮下注射生理盐水,模型组孕鼠皮下注射亚硝基左旋精氨酸甲酯(L- NAME) ,治疗组孕鼠皮下注射L- NAME ,并自妊娠第16 天肌肉注射硫酸镁,直到分娩。测定孕鼠尾动脉收缩压、尿蛋白、血小板数、红细胞压积和肝肾功能;观察肝、肾、脑等器官病理组织学变化。结果 与模型组比较,治疗组孕鼠血压降低、尿蛋白减少,红细胞压积降低、血小板数增加、血清CRE 及UA降低,肾、脑组织损伤明显改善,但血清ALT及肝组织损伤无明显变化。结论 硫酸镁可明显改善妊高征孕鼠重要器官( 尤其肾、脑) 的病理生理及病理组织学变化,从而缓解妊高征特征。
Objective To investigate the effect of magnesium sulfate on the major organs of pregnant rats with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods Ⅱ grade Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. From the 14th day of gestation, the control group rats were injected subcutaneously with normal saline, and the model group rats were injected subcutaneously with nitroso-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME). The rats in the treatment group were subcutaneously injected with L-NAME, 16 days intramuscular injection of magnesium sulfate until childbirth. Systolic blood pressure, urinary protein, platelet count, hematocrit and liver and kidney function were measured in caudal rat caudal arteries. The histopathological changes of liver, kidney and brain were observed. Results Compared with the model group, the blood pressure, the proteinuria, the decrease of hematocrit, the increase of platelet count, the decrease of serum CRE and UA, the renal and brain injury in the treatment group were significantly improved, but there was no significant difference in serum ALT and liver injury . Conclusion Magnesium sulfate can significantly improve the pathophysiology and histopathological changes of important organs (especially the kidney and brain) in pregnant rats with pregnancy induced hypertension, thereby alleviating the features of PIH.
