冶炼钒钛磁铁矿的高炉喷吹煤粉时,容易引起炉渣变稠。为了探讨其机理,利用现场渣配加不同量的未燃尽的煤灰并测量了它的粘度。结果发现,渣中C<1.2%时,粘度小于5泊;>1.2%时,粘度急骤上升。当控制渣中C≤1.2%时,找出了吨铁喷煤量与燃烧率和渣量的关系。在攀钢条件下,煤粉燃烧率在60—80%时,喷吹量不能大于38—70kg/t铁。
Smelting vanadium titanium magnetite blast furnace pulverized coal injection, it is easy to cause the slag thickening. In order to investigate the mechanism, different amounts of unburned coal ash were added using on-site slag and its viscosity was measured. As a result, it was found that viscosity was less than 5 poise at C <1.2% in the slag, and viscosity was sharply increased at> 1.2%. When controlling slag C≤1.2%, the relationship between the amount of coal injected per ton of iron and the rate of combustion and slag was found out. In Panzhihua Iron and Steel, coal combustion rate of 60-80%, the injection can not be greater than 38-70kg / t iron.
