南水北调中线一期工程某标段渠道工程膨胀土(岩)段占明渠总长的52.7%,渠道基础土质不稳定,无法直接进行混凝土衬砌施工。通过工程实际和地质分析,确定采用非膨胀土换填技术进行处理,并详细介绍了非膨胀土土料试验、换填施工流程和施工工序。结果表明,该施工工艺有效提高了渠道基础的稳定性,施工工期,成本得到有效控制。
The expansive soil (rock) section of a certain section of channel project of the first stage of the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project accounts for 52.7% of the total length of the open channel. The foundation soil of the channel is unstable and can not be directly subjected to concrete lining construction. Through the engineering practice and geological analysis, it is determined that non-expansive soil replacement technology should be adopted for treatment. The non-expansive soil and soil test, the replacement construction process and the construction procedure are introduced in detail. The results show that the construction process effectively improves the stability of the foundation of the channel, and the construction period and cost are effectively controlled.
