目的:检测一种恶性疟原虫保护性抗原重组复合基因表达产物(HRA)诱导小鼠细胞免疫的反应.方法:免疫小鼠的脾淋巴细胞,体外分别经ConA、HRA和可溶性裂殖子抗原(SMA)的刺激,3H-TdR参入法检测淋巴细胞的增殖水平.结果:含佐剂的HRA免疫BALB/c和C57BL/6小鼠后,其脾细胞经HRA刺激后,增殖明显,可溶性裂殖子抗原免疫的BALB/c小鼠脾细胞经HRA刺激发生明显的增殖.结论:HRA上的T细胞位点发挥了效应.具有一定的突破MHC限制的能力.
OBJECTIVE: To examine the response of a recombinant Plasmodium falciparum protective antigen (HRA) -induced cellular immunity in mice. Methods: The splenic lymphocytes of mice were immunized with ConA, HRA and soluble merozoite antigen (SMA) in vitro. 3H-TdR incorporation assay was used to detect the proliferation of lymphocytes. Results: BALB / c and C57BL / 6 mice were immunized with adjuvant-containing HRA, and their spleen cells proliferated significantly after being stimulated by HRA. Splenocytes of BALB / c mice immunized with soluble merozoite antigen were significantly stimulated by HRA proliferation. Conclusion: T cell sites on HRA exert effects. Has a certain ability to break the MHC limit.
