新矿集团南冶煤矿在矿井安全管理中,既注重管理方法的积极稳妥,又注重管理思路的求变创新。新年伊始,他们提出了安全管理的“5A”模式,并以此为载体积极推进矿井安全长效机制的建立,为矿井的安全管理拓宽了思路。 该矿紧紧围绕“思想麻痹是最大的隐患,管理放松是事故的根源”的核心安全理念,在全矿干部职工中倡导做到“管理无漏洞、现场无隐患、行为无三违、安全无事故”,提出了构筑具有南冶特色的企业安全文化、安全标位、安全梯次、安全网络、安全控制的“5A”管理模式,积极推进矿井安全长效机制的建立。
