欧盟作为中国最大的水产品出口市场之一,与中国水产品贸易往来相当频繁,冻鱼片是中国出口欧盟的最主要品种。文章运用恒定市场份额模型(CMS模型)对2004—2008年中国冻鱼片出口欧盟市场的影响因素做了分析,结果表明,中国对欧盟冻鱼片出口的增长主要得益于市场规模的扩大,市场分布的不合理以及竞争力水平低下阻碍了冻鱼片的出口。为了进一步扩大出口,文章最后提出了完善市场分布结构、维护巩固原有市场的同时努力开拓新兴市场、增强水产品国际竞争力等相关政策建议。
The EU, as one of China’s largest export markets for aquatic products, has had quite frequent trade with China’s aquatic products. Frozen fish fillets are the most important species of China’s exports to the European Union. The article uses the constant market share model (CMS model) to analyze the influencing factors of Chinese frozen fish fillet exported to the EU market from 2004 to 2008. The results show that the growth of Chinese exports of frozen fish fillets to the EU is mainly due to the expansion of market size, Unfair market distribution and low level of competitiveness hindered the export of frozen fish fillets. In order to further expand the export, the article concludes with suggestions on how to improve the market distribution structure, maintain the original market, at the same time try to open up new markets and enhance the international competitiveness of aquatic products.
