利用TEM研究了Fe_3Al基合金超塑性变形过程中位错结构的变化。发现变形后晶内位错密度显著降低,且试样变形部位与柄部的泣错结构及密度有较大差异。位错滑动在Fe_3Al超塑性变形中起重要作用。
The change of dislocation structure during the superplastic deformation of Fe 3 Al-based alloys was investigated by TEM. It is found that the density of dislocations in the grains after the deformation is significantly reduced, and the structure and density of the cracks in the deformed parts of the specimens and the shanks are quite different. Dislocation sliding plays an important role in the superplastic deformation of Fe_3Al.
