随着我国产业结构调整升级和加入世贸组织,新行业、新工种和新岗位将不断产生,高职教育有着广阔的发展空间。新的形势提出了更高的要求,而现实中却存在许多不相适应的地方,如教育思想、社会观念滞后,专业设计面较狭窄,课程结构及内容缺少弹性,实训场地和设备严重不足,最突出的是理论与实践脱节,人才培养与市场需求脱节。惟有加快高职教育创新,存在的问题才有可能得到解决。首先,以创新观念树立高职教育新形象。世界各国都把职业教育放在国民教育的重要位置。德国人称熟练的劳动力为经济振兴的支柱,职业教育是他们经济腾飞的“秘密武器”。而我国职教却起步较晚,经验不足,人们对现代职教理念了解不多、探索不够,高职更是远远跟不上经济和科技发展服务的需要。

Only to speed up the innovation of higher vocational education, the existing problems may be solved. First, set a new image of higher vocational education with innovative ideas. All countries in the world put vocational education in an important position in national education. Germans call skilled labor force the backbone of economic revitalization, and vocational education is their “secret weapon” for economic growth. However, vocational education in our country started later and lacked experience. People do not know much about the concept of modern vocational education and have not explored enough. Higher vocational education is far behind the need of economic and technological development services.
