本文主要讨论了面神经及其它周围神经的神经内压测量，就其测量方法及其意义加以综述。分别讨论了面神经等正常及病变状态（如Waller’s变性等）下的神经内压改变，面神经内压与脑脊液压的关系。通过对面神经内压的测量，可以更好地理解面神经病变的病理生理，如对变性各期的神经内压测量将会得出神经内压高峰期，作为面神经减压的客观指证，从而指导临床。
This article mainly discusses the facial nerve and other peripheral nerve nerve pressure measurement, the measurement methods and their significance are reviewed. The changes of the internal pressure of the nerves such as facial nerve in normal and diseased states (such as Waller’s degeneration) and the relationship between facial pressure and cerebrospinal fluid pressure were discussed respectively. Through the measurement of facial nerve pressure, the pathophysiology of facial neuropathy can be better understood. For example, the measurement of intra-nerve pressure of each stage of degeneration will result in the peak of neuro-internal pressure as an objective indicator of facial nerve decompression, thus guiding the clinical .
