目的研究洋葱提取物对高血脂大鼠的降血脂作用。方法采用给予高脂饲料建立大鼠高血脂模型,试验前检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量。根据TC水平,将大鼠随机分成4组:高脂模型组和0.5、1.0、3.0g/kg.bw3个洋葱提取物剂量组,剂量组预防性给予洋葱提取物30d,禁食16h测定大鼠血清TC、TG和HDL-C含量。结果与高脂模型组比较,洋葱提取物1.0、3.0g/kg.bw剂量组TC、TG降低,差异有显著性。结论洋葱提取物具有辅助降血脂作用。
Objective To study the hypolipidemic effect of onion extract on hyperlipidemic rats. Methods The model of hyperlipidemia in rats was established by high-fat diet.
