通过高温固相合成法制备了高效橙红色荧光粉Sr2.96Eu0.04SiO5,研究了烧结温度、保温时间、助熔剂含量对荧光粉发光性能的影响。通过XRD和光谱测试表征得出:最佳的烧结温度为1 500℃,保温时间为4h;当助熔剂H3BO3为3wt%含量时,荧光粉的结晶程度、发光强度最好。荧光粉的激发峰为宽带激发谱(300~500nm),发射主峰为597nm。
The high-efficiency orange-red phosphor Sr2.96Eu0.04SiO5 was prepared by high-temperature solid-state synthesis. The effects of sintering temperature, holding time and flux content on the luminescent properties of the phosphor were studied. The results of XRD and spectroscopy showed that the optimum sintering temperature was 1500 ℃ and the holding time was 4h. When the content of H3BO3 was 3 wt%, the crystallinity and luminescence intensity of the phosphor were the best. The excitation peak of the phosphor is a broadband excitation spectrum (300-500 nm), and the emission peak is 597 nm.
