农村随班就读学生对班级的积极影响

【摘    要】在现如今时代背景下，教育已经成为所有公民享有的权利，教育倡导所有学生都能够进入普通学校当中接受教育，具有一定残疾的学生也不例外，至此随班就读学生由此诞生。因此，如何做好农村随班就读学生的教育管理工作，已经成为广大教师的主要研究内容。

The Positive Influence of Students Learning in Regular Classroom in Rural Areas

【Abstract】Under the background of the current era， education has become a right enjoyed by all citizens. Education advocates that all students can enter ordinary schools to receive education， and students with certain disabilities are no exception. So far， students learning in regular classes are born. Therefore， how to do a good job in the education and management of students learning in regular classes in rural areas has become the main research object of teachers.

一、突出以生為本的教育理念，注重开展多样化的活动

农村随班就读学生由于已经能够认知到自身存在的缺陷，能够意识到自己与正常学生的不同，因此非常容易产生心理障碍，如胆怯心理、自卑心理、自闭心理、孤僻性格、我行我素、固执以及偏激等障碍。
