山西是酿醋之乡,食醋生产量很大,据初步统计全省年产醋糟数十万吨至成百万吨,目前却没有很好的利用途径。除极少数用作反刍家畜的辅助性饲料外,几乎全部以废物处理,既造成了资源的浪费,又污染了环境。为了变废为宝,合理利用废弃资源,改善生态环境,我们于1989年进行了醋糟栽培凤尾菇的试验,取得了比较令人满意的效果。一、材料与方法 1.菌种培养凤尾菇菌种为p_L-27,由山西农业大学微生物教研室提供。母种、原种,按常规程序制作,栽培种栽培料配方为:干醋糟80%,棉籽壳15%,碳酸钙3%,石膏粉2%。将料按配方比例混匀后,加水使含水量为65%,装瓶,高压灭菌(1.5kg/
