本文介绍现代质谱新技术——付里叶变换质谱法。叙述了:基本原理;最本质的优点;仪器基本结构和技术要求。与普通质谱法比较,在实际应用中这种方法的灵敏度要高出4—5个数量级,测定分子量的准确度达百万分之一,测定速度极快,在一秒钟内能采集全部时域瞬态过程信息,因此有助于化学反应动力学中瞬态过程的研究。
