凸缘联轴器是传递转矩的联接部件。借鉴复合轴扭转刚度计算原理,对凸缘联轴器扭转刚度与最大扭转角进行计算,并通过有限元分析方法进行验证。利用Karush-Kuhn-Tucker最优化条件结合ALE移动网格方法进行尺寸灵敏度分析。为凸缘联轴器等非标准设计领域提高零件总体刚度和减少振动,提供了一定的理论依据。
Flange couplings are coupling components that transmit torque. Based on the calculation principle of composite shaft torsional stiffness, torsional stiffness and maximum torsion angle of flange coupling are calculated and verified by finite element analysis. Dimensional sensitivity analysis was performed using Karush-Kuhn-Tucker optimization and ALE moving grid method. For the flange coupling and other non-standard design field to improve the overall stiffness of the parts and reduce vibration, provides a theoretical basis.
