目的:探讨EMS1和DcR3在喉癌组织中的表达及其相关性。方法:采用流式细胞术检测41例喉癌组织和41例相应癌旁组织中EMS1和DcR3的表达,并以15例非喉癌患者喉部正常黏膜组织作对照。结果:①喉癌组织中EMS1和DcR3蛋白的表达量及阳性表达率均明显高于癌旁组织及正常喉黏膜组织(P<0.05),癌旁组织及正常喉黏膜组织的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②EMS1和DcR3蛋白的表达与喉癌组织中的淋巴结转移、临床分期和病理分级有相关性(P<0.05);与临床分型、肿瘤大小、吸烟量、年龄和性别无相关性(P>0.05)。③喉癌组织中EMS1蛋白表达水平与DcR3蛋白表达水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:EMS1和DcR3关系密切,二者在喉癌发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression of EMS1 and DcR3 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and its correlation. Methods: The expression of EMS1 and DcR3 in 41 cases of laryngeal carcinoma and 41 cases of paracancerous tissues was detected by flow cytometry. The normal laryngeal mucosa of 15 cases of non-laryngeal carcinoma were used as control. Results: ① The expression and the positive rate of EMS1 and DcR3 protein in laryngeal carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in paracancerous tissues and normal laryngeal mucosa tissues (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between paracancerous tissues and normal laryngeal mucosa tissues Significance (P> 0.05). The expression of EMS1 and DcR3 protein was correlated with the lymph node metastasis, clinical stage and pathological grade in laryngeal carcinoma (P <0.05), but not with clinical classification, tumor size, smoking amount, age and sex (P> 0.05 ). ③ The expression of EMS1 protein in laryngeal carcinoma was positively correlated with the expression of DcR3 protein (P <0.05). Conclusion: EMS1 and DcR3 are closely related, both of which play an important role in the occurrence and development of laryngeal carcinoma.
