基层学校体育运动训练的条件比较艰苦,场地和器材的配备也很欠缺,在练习过程中往往会出现人多器材少、练习密度太小、训练方法和手段比较单一等等,使训练受到很大的制约,往往有“巧妇难为无米之炊”的感觉。为了更好地搞好训练,为了更充分地发挥某一训练器材的多种功能,本人在多年训练实践中,总结了几十种利用橡皮带进行训练的方法,对于发展力量素质,快速掌握动作技术有较好作用。
