目的 通过了解中专卫校护生实习期心理状况对实习效果的影响 ,寻找相应对策。方法 采用艾森克个性成人问卷[1] (EPQ)中 N项进行调查 ,实习效果用理论与技能考试来评价。结果 在 2 0 0名护生中有 60人属于心理状况良好、情绪稳定型 ,实习成绩平均 87.7± 5.6分 ;有 82人属于心理状况较差、情绪不稳定型 ,实习成绩平均 80 .4± 6.6分 ;有 58人心理状况和情绪属于中间型 ,实习成绩为 85.8± 4.9分。结论 护生不良心理状况、情绪将会影响实习效果 ,应采取相应措施 ,使护生的心理向正常、健康方向发展 ,以达到提高实习成绩的目的
Objective To understand the impact of the psychological status of nursing students in secondary health school on the internship effect and find out the corresponding countermeasures. Methods The Eysenck Personality Questionnaire [1] (EPQ) was used to investigate N items, and the internship effect was evaluated by the theory and skills test. Results 60 out of 200 nurses were in good psychological condition and emotional stability, with an average of 87.7 ± 5.6 points in internship; 82 were in poor psychological condition and emotional instability with an average of 80.4 ± 6.6 points; there are 58 mental states and emotions belong to the middle type, internship score of 85.8 ± 4.9 points. Conclusion Nursing students’perfect psychological condition and emotion will affect the internship effect, and corresponding measures should be taken to make the nursing student’s normal and healthy development in order to achieve the purpose of improving internship performance
