为了解决林木遗传育种中,平衡不平衡,规则不规则的试验数据的统计处理问题,笔者利用杉木三阶巢式设计的非平衡试验数据为研究对象,采用M语言,编写该试验数据处理程序.该试验有8个种源,每个种源6个家系,造林时每个家系40个样株,家系密集型设计.经研究发现,Matlab7.0处理平衡不平衡、规则不规则的试验数据方面效果极好,值得推广应用.
In order to solve the problem of statistical processing of unbalanced and irregular rules in forest heredity and breeding, the author uses the non-equilibrium test data of the third-order nesting design of Chinese fir as the research object and uses M language to write the experimental data processing program. The experiment has 8 provenances, 6 families per provenance, 40 families of each pedigree when afforestation, family-intensive design.The study found that, Matlab7.0 deal with the balance of unbalanced, irregular rules of the experimental data The effect is excellent, it is worth promoting application.
