ACE2-Ang (1-7)-Mas轴已成为近年的研究热点。研究发现，其能对抗ACE-AngII-ATlR轴的收缩血管、促细胞增生、促炎及抗纤维化作用，发挥舒张血管、抑制细胞增生和抗炎的作用，有效降低肺血管阻力，抑制肺血管重构，从而预防肺动脉高压的发生。
