基于转底炉直接还原工艺,以硫酸渣为原料进行压团、焙烧,通过正交试验研究了C/O、还原温度、还原时间等参数对球团金属化率和抗压强度指标的影响,并对其影响规律进行了分析。实验得出最佳工艺参数为:还原温度1 280℃;C/O比1.2;还原时间24 min。在此参数下,含碳球团的金属化率为89.79%,抗压强度为6 703 N/P。X光衍射(XRD)分析也证明,硫酸渣经过还原后出现了大量金属铁,表明采用转底炉工艺切实可行。
Based on the direct reduction process of rotary hearth furnace, sulfuric acid dregs were used as raw materials for mass reduction and calcination. The effects of C / O, reduction temperature and reduction time on the metallization and compressive strength of pellets were investigated by orthogonal experiments. And the influence law is analyzed. The optimum process parameters were as follows: reduction temperature 1,280 ℃; C / O ratio 1.2; reduction time 24 min. Under this parameter, the metallization rate of carbon-containing pellets is 89.79% and the compressive strength is 6 703 N / P. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis also showed that a large amount of metallic iron appeared after the reduction of the sulfuric acid slag, indicating that the rotary hearth furnace process is practicable.
