绝经激素治疗是临床上常用的治疗绝经引起的各种相关症状的方法,并能够减少和预防绝经相关疾病的发生发展,减轻围绝经期和绝经后妇女的痛苦,提高生活质量。但子宫肌瘤是其慎用情况之一,绝经激素治疗不仅妨碍子宫肌瘤的萎缩,甚至有刺激其生长的风险,对于具有适应证的子宫肌瘤妇女是否可以使用存在较大争议。在本文中作者就绝经激素治疗对于围绝经期和绝经后妇女子宫肌瘤影响的研究进展进行综述。 Menopause hormone therapy is a commonly used clinical treatment of menopausal symptoms caused by various methods and can reduce and prevent the occurrence and development of menopausal diseases, reduce perimenopausal and postmenopausal women’s pain and improve the quality of life. However, uterine fibroids is one of its cautious use of menopause hormone therapy not only hinder the atrophy of uterine fibroids, and even stimulate the risk of their growth, there is more controversy for the indications of whether the use of uterine fibroids. In this paper, the author reviews the progress of research on the effects of menopause hormone therapy on uterine fibroids in perimenopausal and postmenopausal women.
