通过分析矿山矿尘可能造成的危害,从主动减尘和被动防尘两个方面概述了国内外矿尘的综治措施。结合贵州某磷矿的平硐开拓工程,采用水封爆破方式,对地下矿山的粉尘综合治理进行了现场试验。研究结果表明,采用1支水封袋爆破时的平均TSP含量比无堵塞条件下爆破时分别降低了44.2%、51.5%;采用2支水封袋比采用1支水封袋时平均TSP含量降低了13.2%。
Through the analysis of the possible harm caused by mine dust, the comprehensive treatment measures of mine dust at home and abroad are summarized from the aspects of active dust reduction and passive dust prevention. Combined with the excavation project of a phosphate rock in Guizhou, a field test was carried out on the integrated management of dust in underground mines by means of water seal blasting. The results show that the average TSP content of blasting with one water seal bag is 44.2% and 51.5% lower than that of blasting without plugging condition, respectively. The average TSP content is lower with two water seal bags than with one water bag 13.2%.
