【目的】探明不同季节和产地对菠萝果实中维生素含量的影响。【方法】以3个地区(云南西双版纳、海南万宁和广东湛江)2个品种(‘巴厘’和‘无刺卡因’)的冬夏季节果实为试验材料,利用高效液相色谱法分析了6种维生素含量的差异。【结果】3个地区2个品种冬季果维生素A和维生素B6的含量低于夏季果,维生素C和维生素B12的含量则相反;云南西双版纳地区冬季果维生素B3含量低于夏季果,而广东湛江和海南万宁两个地区相反;冬季果中含有维生素E而夏季果中并未检测出;夏季果中,广东湛江地区的‘巴厘’未检测到含有维生素B12,而海南万宁地区的‘巴厘’未检测到维生素B6。【结论】冬夏季节对6种维生素含量的影响大于不同产地对其的影响。
【Objective】 To investigate the effect of different seasons and producing areas on the vitamin content of pineapple fruit. 【Method】 The winter and summer fruits of two cultivars (’Bali’ and ’No acarbose’) in three regions (Xishuangbanna of Yunnan, Wanning of Hainan and Zhanjiang of Guangdong) were used as experimental materials. The contents of 6 Differences in vitamin content. 【Result】 The results showed that the contents of vitamin A and vitamin B6 in two cultivars were lower in summer than in summer and the content of vitamin C and vitamin B12 was opposite in winter. The content of vitamin B3 in winter fruit in Yunnan Xishuangbanna was lower than that in summer, Hainan Wanning two regions opposite; winter fruit contains vitamin E and summer fruit is not detected; summer fruit, Guangdong Zhanjiang ’Bali’ is not detected containing vitamin B12, and Hainan Wanning ’Bali’ Vitamin B6 was not detected. 【Conclusion】 The effects of winter and summer seasons on the content of six vitamins were greater than those of different producing areas.
