When studying the dynamic terrain of the sea surface in the western Pacific Ocean, it was found that the dynamic terrain of the sea surface in the Sulu Sea basin in the western part of the Philippines is not only much higher than the surrounding sea but also the highest in the world. From the dynamic calculation point of view, it is due to the existence of a huge sea water temperature. This paper discusses the mechanism of temperature distribution anomaly from the aspects of geothermal science, submarine science, marine physics and sea bottom tectonics, and provides a preliminary explanation for the differences between the sea surface anomalies in the sea area and the global three oceanic hydrodynamic heights.
