营销是一项专业性很强的工作,对于从业人员的知识、能力要求比较高。目前在营销领域各种新知识、新理论不断出现的背景下,客观上要求企业做好营销人员的培训,通过强化培训来让营销人员具有做好这一工作的能力。本文对于企业营销人员培训的内涵、意义、原则等内容进行了系统的探讨,围绕营销人员培训方面存在的不足,提出了相应的解决策略,旨在为企业营销人员培训效果提升提供有益指导。
Marketing is a highly professional work, for practitioners knowledge and ability requirements are relatively high. Currently in the marketing field of all kinds of new knowledge, new theories continue to appear in the context of the objective requirements of the enterprise marketing staff to do a good job, through training to enhance the training to marketers have the ability to do this work.
