本文论述了羧甲基淀粉醚取代度的测定方法,指出新开发的分光光度法与经典的灰化法和改进后的酸洗法比较,其精密度和准确度均无显著性差异。
In this paper, the determination of the degree of substitution of carboxymethyl starch ethers is discussed. It is pointed out that there is no significant difference in accuracy and accuracy between the newly developed spectrophotometry and the classical ashing method and the improved pickling method.
