鉴于煤矿支护设备抗冲击能力差、在冲击地压中易遭受破坏而失效,开发一种结构简单且吸能性能良好的防冲支护装置。对普通方管轴向压缩过程完成数值模拟后,设计折棱管防冲支护装置,并重点研究其板块倾角对其吸能效果的影响。首先,通过有限元数值模拟分析,研究不同板块倾角的防冲支护装置在冲击下的压溃全过程,分析板块倾角对装置吸能效果的影响;其次,将折棱管防冲支护装置与普通方管做吸能性能对比,综合评价折棱管防冲支护装置的优势;最后,结合室内试验,验证折棱管防冲支护装置的最佳板块倾角。结果表明,板块倾角为156°的折棱管防冲支护装置吸能性能最佳。
In view of poor impact resistance of coal mining equipment in the impact of pressure easily damaged and failed to develop a simple structure and good energy absorption of the impact protection device. After the numerical simulation of the axial compression process of ordinary square tube is completed, the buckling support device of the folded-edge tube is designed, and the influence of plate slant angle on its energy absorption effect is studied. First of all, through the numerical simulation of finite element analysis, the impact of the plate slant on the energy-absorbing effect of the device is analyzed. The whole process of the anti-impact support device with different plate slant under impact is analyzed. Secondly, Compared with ordinary square tube, the advantages of energy-saving of square tube are compared, and the advantages of folded-tube and anti-impact support are evaluated comprehensively. The results show that the buckling protection device with plate inclination of 156 ° has the best energy absorption performance.
