目的:制备高包封率的马钱子总碱囊泡。方法:采用pH梯度法,以包封率为主要考察指标,优选马钱子总碱囊泡的处方组成及制备工艺,并进行验证评价。结果:以司盘60-胆固醇1∶1为囊材,药物-囊材1∶10,柠檬酸溶液为水相,用碳酸钠调节pH梯度大于4.0,温度50℃时,可制得马钱子总碱囊泡,粒径179.2 nm,Zeta电位-25.41 mV,平均包封率86.9%;结论:pH梯度法适合于制备马钱子总碱囊泡。
Objective: To prepare high encapsulation efficiency of Strychnos volume vesicles. Methods: The pH gradient method was used to determine the encapsulation efficiency as the main index. The prescription composition and preparation process of Strychnos algae vesicles were optimized and validated. Results: Spans 60-Cholesterol 1: 1 as the capsule material, the drug-capsule material 1:10, the citric acid solution as the water phase, the pH gradient with sodium carbonate to be greater than 4.0 and the temperature 50 ℃, Total vesicles, particle size 179.2 nm, zeta potential -25.41 mV, the average entrapment efficiency of 86.9%; Conclusion: pH gradient method for the preparation of Stryms total vesicles.
