运用多工位无废料级进模排样技术大批量生产时,提高材料利用率,降低生产成本是级进模设计的难点。以热水器水桶固定支架为例,分析了多工位无废料级进模排样设计中出现的材料重叠、工件定位及步距控制等问题,提出了解决问题的方法。通过生产证明,按此方法设计的模具完全能满足用户要求。
The use of multi-station without scrap progressive die technology for mass production, improve material utilization, reduce production costs is the difficulty of progressive die design. Taking the fixed bracket of water heater bucket as an example, the problems of material overlap, workpiece positioning and step control in the design of multi-station wasteless progressive die are analyzed, and the methods to solve the problems are put forward.
