导入是教师引导学生做好学习新课知识的心理准备、认知准备,并让学生明确教学内容、学习目的、学习方式以及产生学习期待、参与需要的一种教学行为。在职高的语文课堂上,教师要根据学生的特点和学科的特点,采用简介导入、设疑导入、直观导入、趣味导入等方法,因势利“导”地做好导入设计,将学生的“心向”进行激发和提升,强化学生学好新知识的动机,激发学生学习知识的兴趣,促使学生产生一种强烈的渴求和欲望,提升学生的智、识与情感能力。
